An apartment in a building that was designed about 100 years ago by one of the most prominent and most active architects in ‘Little’ Tel Aviv, which over the years underwent changes in its functions and uses. The current renovation – designed by the apartment owner for her family – sought to adapt it to the family’s lifestyle, while exposing the apartment’s original elements and preserving its glory. The final design connects the original elements that were uncovered with the designer’s creative preferences, without forgoing the existing rough look that the new design accentuates (unlike reconstruction).
